These terms apply to the website at quote.cimilucapestllc.com and to the lawn and pest control services provided by Cimiluca Pest LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 3718 Pioneer Trail, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. By using this site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Submitting the quote form is a request for pricing. It is not a contract and it does not obligate either of us to anything. We will contact you with pricing, usually the same business day. Pricing is an estimate until we confirm the scope of work, and it may change if the property conditions differ from what was described.
We provide lawn care, lawn treatment, fertilization, and pest control services in Volusia and Flagler County, Florida. All work is performed under Florida Pest Control License JB328928. We are licensed and insured in the state of Florida.
Service schedules, pricing, and any guarantees are set out in the service agreement you receive before work begins. Those terms control if they conflict with anything on this page.
Cimiluca Pest LLC operates an SMS messaging program for customers and prospective customers in Volusia and Flagler County, Florida. For the purposes of these terms, the Program Name is Cimiluca Pest LLC.

You are enrolled only if you check the consent box on our quote request form at quote.cimilucapestllc.com/quote-form. That box is not checked for you, and checking it is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 386 453 7640. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote, agree to these terms, or enroll in our SMS messaging program. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has enrolled, we will remove them from the program and delete their information.
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Invoices are due on the terms stated. We may pause service on accounts that fall past due.
You may cancel scheduled service by calling or texting 386 453 7640. Cancellation terms for recurring service plans are described in your service agreement.
Lawn and pest outcomes depend on weather, soil, irrigation, existing conditions, and factors outside our control. We will perform work in a professional manner consistent with Florida licensing standards, but we do not guarantee a specific result unless the guarantee is stated in writing in your service agreement.
To the extent allowed by Florida law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
The content on this site is provided for general information. We may change or remove it at any time. The Cimiluca Pest LLC name, logo, and site content belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Volusia County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
